About Me

I build and lead operations at the intersection of people, process, and AI. With leadership experience across technology, telecommunications, and healthcare, I’ve led large teams, improved service delivery, and driven measurable gains in performance and customer satisfaction. My core strength is data-driven operations and workforce leadership. I also work in AI training and evaluation, contributing to next-generation models through annotation, quality assurance, and human-centered feedback systems. This dual experience allows me to connect real-world operations with AI-powered innovation. I am studying for a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) in Organizational Leadership. While I hold a Master’s in Technology Leadership from Brown University, and a Master’s in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Georgetown University. I am working towards a DBA (Doctorate in Business Administration) with a focus on Organizational Leadership from South College and I am currently completing an MBA focused on AI Product Management from Udacity/Woolf. I’m focused on helping organizations scale intelligently in an AI-first world.
